How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Hello! This is a post relevant to those doing animations or similar that involve voice actors.

Since I know a lot of animators will be finding their preferred voice actors shortly, I've compiled a little thing for you to help out with your individual searching for VAs. Just copy and paste the named list into your individual VA auditions, if you'll have them.

Voice Actors: the lines provided are merely examples and you will need to talk to the individuals needing voice actors about their specific needs.

Revann
Sex: Male
Voice type: Condescending and cruel; quite and withdrawn; dark and broody
Short Bio: Vampire; leader of the Chateau and its staff
(Pissed off) "Eh… no"
(Condescending) "You're not very bright, are you."

Scrumpy
Sex: Female
Voice type: Sour and pessimistic; annoyed and broody, "Eeyore"
Short Bio: Living scarecrow; gardener
(Pessimistic and lazy) "I could show you the greenhouses if you like, but the plants haven't grown very well."

But, if you have a better idea for what a character would sound like, go ahead and go with that. These are our ideas, but of course we're open to yours. In fact, we'd love to hear your ideas!

If you are one of many in need of VAs, there are a few groups on dA that you can pop into to search for voice actors. Some of these are: #VoiceActing, ~Chain-Of-V-A, and #DAVoiceActors

Additionally, if you know your voice actors already, or have voice-acting experience, go ahead and note #SpookChateau and we'll put you on a list of VAs.
